Return & Exchange Policy

At Enshinsoo, customer satisfaction is our priority. Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

• Leakage of perfume from the bottle.
• Defective or non-functioning spray nozzle.
• Noticeable shortage in the perfume quantity.

Terms & Conditions

• A valid purchase invoice and payment confirmation must be provided for all return or exchange requests.
• Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Products are subject to inspection upon return. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer will be eligible for a return or exchange.
• Defective products may be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal or higher value (with any price difference paid by the customer).
• Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 business days.
